Review title of TracyDishonest, unethical Company

I reported my issue through Customer Support 3 times. It is apparent that they really do not care about their customers. I have not received a single response to my issue that has been on-going for several months. I have spent real money on this game and am disgusted there is no mechanism for fixing problems that arise.For the third time, this is the issue: The Turtilliada game will not update. I have reached level 25, however, the 'Complete Any Levels on Turtilliada Game' quest did not advance to 5/5, but stayed at 4/5. Now, the additional Turtilliada quests that have popped up also cannot be completed because the game cannot be played. If I go to play the game, I get a message that I must '..first completed the Complete Any Levels on Turtilliada Game and claim my reward'. so, I'm in a Catch-22 loop of non-progress.DO NOT SPEND YOUR $$ on this game. This is the company's only motivation and sooner or later you'll come to regret it. They don't care about you - only your $$.
