I've started encountering two separate problems with my Canon MF4890dw printer/scanner/copier since installing Windows 10. I am using Canon's MF Toolbox ver 4.9.
The first problem occurs when I attempt to scan a multiple page document. The first page scans fine but the second page completes about 50% and I receive a message similar to, 'Documents left on the scanner will be part of the next batch'. At times I've been able to complete the scan by unplugging the printer OR at times rebooting my desktop. However, these two solutions have seemed to stop working.

The second problem occurs randomly when scanning single or multiple page documents. When I execute the scan I receive the following message pop-up,
'Cannot scan because of the following:
- Scan type is not set to [Remote Scanner] on the device
- Scanner is busy

This problem has progressively worsened since installing Windows 10.

I use my desktop and printer to run my accounting business. At this point I'm unable to scan documents my customers send me and I'm looking at possibly purchasing a printer that will work with Windows 10.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!!
